Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, on upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, this will take effect on your invoice date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, and your subscription will not be renewed.
Will I be charged VAT/GST?
Salvar may be required to charge VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. If applicable, you will see the VAT/GST charges at checkout and on any subsequent invoices.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. If you do not want to pay by credit card, please get in touch and we can organise an invoice to be emailed to you for payment.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
